The Rovers are the mexican version of the Senior Scouts, from the ages 18 to
22 years old. Explorers,Pioneers,Rutiers and Venturers from other countries
are also welcome.
Tambien son bienvenidos los Exploradores, Pioneros,
Ruteros, Venturers, etc. de otros paises.
Nowadays it's very hard to be original, i even hold email.
Some say there is nothing new under the sun, right, but now it's al burned
away , you know, ozone and the such, so it is allowed to review things.
By now, i wont give my opinion to anyone, becouse by health reasons one
should not stay beyond 20 continual hours at the computer, so, by now,
i will concentrate on what im'doing that, by the way, i was already doing so.

Parallel to my career, i'm dedicated to Website development in an
independent way, and with private ends.
I'm in charge of the web proyects of the local Scout group 21 as a personal
service, which purpose (proyect's) is to make easier usage of internet resources
and communications, and that of Scouting in general.
Actually, i am evaluating procedures to transport archives of particulars to
the electronic media of our days.
My web proyect extends itself beyond this homepage, you are invited to
